Change the following settings...

When you use Google Meet by via the link in the email, you will be taken to this screen where you need to wait to be invited in.

Check that all your equipment works before the call
While video calling...
You will have access to the in-call toolbar shown.
and...
You have the opportunity to change the Microphone and Camera settings during the call
to share the screen...
Do the following...
To stop sharing the screen...
click the button...
